Time to update the new wardrobe...and don't tell me H&M or A&F. I'd rather get F&M disease.

Good call; a little more youth-oriented but on the same level as Brooks Brothers. Website easy to navigate, too (although I go buy in-store).

Jos A Bank always has a wild sale. Always, like 6 out of 7 days, three day sales. Never buy there at full price.

I bought a suit there at full retail 5 or 6 years ago when they only seemed to have those sales once or twice a year. Now they have them all the time.

Have your shit tailor made, my friend. It's not as expensive as you might think. If you dress for business and want to make a killer impression, do yourself a favor and fly to LA for a couple of weekdays, stay at a flop hotel, and have the Mexicans in the garment district make you custom suits and shirts to match.
You can get a VERY nice silk/wool blend from jacket to socks for $500 that will fit you like you were... measured, cut, and tailored for it. And a dozen shirts, and a dozen pocket hankies, and everything else in the world. Then slip over to the diamond district and get a solid 22K gold tie clip and cufflinks for about 5% over the cost of the gold.
Finish it off with a pair of shoes made with illegal leather (alligator, manta ray, whatever) and a belt to match, and a nice stiletto. Put $3-5K together for the trip and you will absolutely stick out.

You can. They run at least one sale a month. You can't afford 3 suits for $500? Their discount rack often has better shit than the new racks. I bought a great looking gray suit marked down from $800 to $200.
