You americans dont get it because you cannot see the forest for the trees. Americans view war as a kind of sport activity. The USAF, USN, USMC, US army etc are players in the nations biggest sporting league called "imperial USA". The NFL, NASCAR, NBA people are just hangarounds sucking up to the real playas.
