Social anxiety doesn't impact women at all given women don't need t owork, nor make any effort to get men. Social anxiety for men is crippling.

if a man has SA, and it impacts his employment, women will think he's a loser.

If a woman has SA, and it impacts her employment, men won't hold it against her, and she'll still have the option of having a man provide for her.

Also wome don't approach men, men approach women. So she'll still have opportuntites to date, whereas a man with SA will not.
