Maybe we should give the CEOs more tax breaks like the republicans keep telling us to do. That way we can "encourage" the job creators.
Of course. If you don't like your business relationship with this company, don't buy their shares.
At least with the shares I've purchased, I get a chance to vote against some of these excessive raises. I'm more concerned about the institutional idiots voting the shares in my pension and 401K who seem to have no problem with these excesses.
Nancy Mosher CEO Planned Parenthood $337,000
Brian A. Gallagher CEO United Way $1,200,000
Anthony Romero Executive Director ACLU $329,206
Caryl Stern CEO United States UNICEF $475,000
shouldn't these people be working for a blue collar wage or better yet minimum wage?
Yes, a blue collar salary. Why did you bring these people up? Is everything politically motivated to you. It's not left versus right you should be worried about, shit head, it's rich elite and welfare queens versus the remaining middle class.
Turn a Pay for Performance argument for leadership of publicly traded companies into a childish crybaby game.
FUCK OFF NEOCON. YOU ASSHOLE HYPOCRITES ARE ALWAYS SCREECHING ABOUT THE FREE MARKET AND MORAL HAZARD AND LET THE MARKETS DECIDE EVERYTHING AND DON'T REGULATE ME AND PREACHING AND SCREECHING PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY BUT YOU DEFEND THIS KIND OF FUCKING ROBBERY UNDER THE GUISE OF 'TUT-TUT LITTLE MAN, TO THE VICTOR GO THE SPOILS' WHEN CLEARLY THE CEOS PAY IS NOT LINKED TO PERFORMANCE.
WHEN I MEET SHITHEELS LIKE YOU IN PERSON I CAN BARELY RESTRAIN MYSELF FROM SMASHING YOUR FUCKING FACES IN. IT IS BEYOND INFURIATING.

Funny how the same wingnuts who howl and screech about overpaid unions, will defend this
The problem with unions is that they tend to be either a)part of the government or b)have government protections built into the law depending on the state.
If it was purely a power play between a group of workers and a company, I think that's fine.

Unlike CEOs of defense contractors, big pharma, investment banks... they don't benefit from government at all
