Breakout box! So cool. Don't throw it away or you'll hate yourself. Does it convert between TTL and back? If not, maybe you should enhance it.

pinterest is:

1. a javascript bookmarklet consumers can run on arbitrary sites. The javascript allows the consumer to select ("pin") an image (and only an image).
2. a consumer-facing destination site where the consumer can annotate, tag, and discuss the images they've "pinned."

The "exploding" part of pinterest is where other consumers on the destination site can "repin", "retag", and do fuck-all with the copyright-infringed imagery pinterest is hosting.

Hey, they're not playing by the rules -- got the notice today, effective March 1st, but according to:

http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/landlordbook/living-in.shtml

The Law said:
Under the law, your landlord must give you at least 30 days' advance notice if the rent increase is 10 percent (or less) of the rent charged at any time during the 12 months before the rent increase takes effect. Your landlord must give you at least 60 days'; advance notice if the rent increase is greater than 10 percent. In order to calculate the percentage of the rent increase, you need to know the lowest rent that your landlord charged you during the preceding 12 months, and the total of the new increase and all other increases during that period.

I wonder if its worth asking for March at current rate or if they'll do me on the security deposit... Prolly not worth it.

According to Craigslist prices, it looks like I'm destined to move a few miles North: the neighborhood filled with Mexican birthday bouncy-houses and Mariachi music on the weekends is in my price range.

The dot above is correct: everyone around here works at GOOG or AAPL or is a freakin Patent Attorney.

Agreed.

It wasn't a "feel good" story for me. It was a bummer.

The parents being "okay" with their child's death because:

1. he believed in God and
2. had an impact on youtube

did not sit well with me. Overall the whole thing came off as weird (and sad). I want my "feel goods" to feel good!

This might be a meme format -- a slow paced homage to Dylan?

On the news the other night there was some feel-good story about a kid born with a congenital heart problem (thickening of the muscle).

Apparently he made a video like this (holding notes to the screen), and it made his parents okay that he died. And there were very few dislikes on youtube.

"The News" then cited Twitter commentary on their story.

Makes me wonder why I watch the news.

One thing that may help with my rate: I designate it as "pleasure" vehicle and put less than 3,000 miles on it annually (and don't use it to commute to work).

Mr_Right said:Wait a minute.......you pay $151 for 6 months, or is it 151 per month?

I paid $120 for the last 6 months of coverage ($20 per month paid in a single installment).

They are trying to up it to $151 for the next 6 months ($25.17 per month if paid in a single installment), but I'm not going to eat that.

I pay about $1,600 with Geico with the same coverage as yours but including comprehensive, collision, emergency, rental and uninsured.

for 2 autos.

It was $120 for 6 months. Now they want $151.

This "Wawanesa" outfit is quoting $205/year.
