I noticed the last time the folks and I went as you suggest, the portion sizes get increasingly smaller.
I swear they bring the second plate out on a saucer plate.
"Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."

While I'm no authority and the question wasn't directed toward me, it depends on the team and what they have on hand. A few years back I was watching Detroit SWAT on A&E. The team raided some old guy's place which happened to be a pretty well built, defendable old Victorian house. They lobbed at least 25 or 30 CS gas canisters into that place.
If I had to guess, if they can't take you down after making an initial entry with flash bangs and using the violence of action or whatever, they'll gas canister you till you give up. They'll have a designated marksmen or a sniper team in the area and they'll have at least one perimeter team around the area of the building. Front, back, sides, etc.
It would be difficult, particularly if they have a bear cat, an old M113, or some other type of APC/armored vehicle.
If they have that they'll probably have another guy in a turret with a weapon or possibly another gas launcher.
