I'll go along with that. The real difference in languages isn't with languages, it's the concepts they symbolize. I can translate almost any sentence from English to Spanish using google, because the semantic symbols are similar enough for a computer to swap out. I can't translate it into Chinese or Navaho, because the core assumptions are different. That's not to say one set of concepts is better than the other... just how useful they are at a particular point of where and when.

Language is indistinguishable from culture - some of the concepts that determine your interaction with the world are encoded in language, more so than they're encoded in your DNA. So you may be right, weaknesses are inherited from snaggletoof Brits, but so are the strengths. What matters is what you do with that set of concepts and tools that got shat onto you before you learned to think.

Biased coins and non-random flipping techniques exist. If your whole dataset is 10 flips and they're all heads, you can infer there's an extremly small chance it's due to bias instead of randomness. That would put the odds of getting heads again at a tiny sliver above 50%.
