why bother reading the entire thread? its the same conversation over and over again. all you have to do is read ten or twenty pages and you pretty much read the whole thread. here are several points that characterize the thread;

1. posting porn.
2. Lara told the truth, no Lara is covering up a far greater attack debate.
3. "fat kid video and LL reports 1+2" get brought up. several posters claim they are true. then other posters debunk these erroneous reports, it gets laid to rest for a short while, then gets brought up again, then debunked again and the process continues again and again.
4. porn fantasy descriptions of what "really happened" get posted which nobody believes.
5. anonymous claims that someone they "know" saw something that was porographic, which was left out by Lara.
6. when the truth comes out, things will really change between the US and Egypt. as if anybody gives a shit about a reporter.
7. how there is a "GREAT" conspiracy covering up the greatest gangrape of "ALLTIME".
8. trolling and anti-trolling
9. just regular run of the mill catfighting between posters.
10. finally, constant interpretations of what "you can't imagine what they did to me" "really means".
I would say about every twenty or so pages includes these themes, my advice is; find a twenty or thirty page block and you will have read the entire 785 page thread.

I acknowledge that many journos are shit. But why do we always depict them as not feeling anything? As having no emotions whatsoever? We acknowledge bloody marines feeling quite a bit when fighting on some hamburger hill but when some journalist gets gruesomely assaulted the colleagues are supposed to react with indifference and laughter? To be critical of Journalists is one thing i am all for it but to refuse them basic emotions and basic morality is just the other extreme of the coin.

Apples and oranges. If I shot a video of Trump from across the Super Bowl stadium and he had no clue who shot it and I kept posting it online, how the hell would he even know who to offer money? It could be any of thousands of people that shot that video. Short of the idea to put an ad in the paper offering a reward, if I were careful and I wasn't caught on camera myself as I made the initial recording, he'd be powerless.

When I was young, I remember some rich guy being rude to me and asking me, "Don't you know who I am!?" If the Fet Kid video was at all legitimate, it would have been posted over the weekend prior to the announcement. Instead, it followed the Dark Cavern post and followed the CBS statement. If there were any videos up at all... by then... they'd have been long gone before he had a chance to see them. That leaves the following scenarios:

a.) He saw the videos over the weekend but didn't know what they were till the CBS statement and decided to make a video about it.

b.) He heard the CBS statement and searched for videos super fast and found them when no one else could and made a post about it.

He seemed to act like he still had access to the videos while he was making his video. Obviously, this could not have happened after the CBS press release or thousands of others would have done the same searches he did and found the same videos he found. The Fat Kid video, as you know, is a complete fabrication of some sort or other.

The Temoris blog posts pre-date the the Full Report video and you can find a lot of similarities to her story in the comments written by myself and several others. Obviously, we didn't have any inside information. It's possible to be fairly accurate when assessing a situation like this without having access to the full details. The Fat Kid video was posted really quick which is really strange but it came after the Dark Cavern description. Full Report was created after the first Temoris blog post but before her 60 Minutes interview. The Rue89 interview came out before her interview. The Daily Mail (London Times) article came out before her interview. Her blog post on Facebook came after this other stuff. Her college lectures.

* I've yet to see the actual London Times article since you have to subscribe to gain access to their web page.
* I've still not heard her Principia University lecture which aired live but isn't archived online.

The Fat Kid, Full Reports 1&2 these stories are the only descriptive details ever given about the assault/rape and they were label as fakes immediately. They didn't ask or interview anyone else, because of the hardcore viciousness of her rape. I mean it is the same with a Shark Attack. When i hear it was "very bad" i imagine immediately ripped limbs and shredded body parts and in 99% of cases it would be like this. But it does not mean that i seriously have evidence from the coroner or that i spoke to an eyewitness or that i partook from the knowledge of friends and family members of the victim.

Too many people make the quick assumption that similarities between narrative constructs immediately lead to one side influencing the other. But that is rash and should be avoided to get to the truth.
