Just like one cannot delete posts from this thread one cannot delete pictures from the site hosting that image. It is totally anonymous just like this place and doesn't record IP addresses just like this place so it can't be traced or taken down even by the person posting the image. Your only hope is reporting it via the email address in the FAQ on their main page. They don't say whether they have policies in place against nudes. I reported the image myself last night. Please do the same. Nobody is getting sued or even caught and posting an image like that isn't even illegal unless you are trying to make money off a slightly amended copyrighted image and this guy isn't making any money. She's a public figure and it's parody so it's protected under the First Amendment. Your threats are empty and he knows it. Just report it. That's all you can do. Sorry.

Actually that MAY be some of the ideological framing of the sexual assaults we see happening in the mid and far east: Destroy a womans sexuality by rape. Because essentially you need sexuality to produce offspring it is even more than just sexual. But even if it does not have something to do with that it is still in essence a strategy to forbid a rape victim from experiencing fun and joy.
